Customize your Trust Page Domain

Have more questions? Submit a request

We've made the process to set up a custom domain for your HyperComply Trust Page simple and seamless using Cloudflare Custom Hostnames. Once you complete the setup, your trust page will be accessible on the domain/subdomain of your choice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I use any domain for customization?

A: Currently, we only support direct domains for customization, such as trust.yourdomain.com or yourdomaintrust.com. While it may be possible to set up a path like yourdomain.com/trust, we don't recommend it as it requires additional work on your end to support.

Q: Can I upload my own SSL certificates?

A: We currently support automatic provisioning of SSL certificates via Cloudflare; custom-uploaded certificates are not supported at this time.

Configuration

To ensure a smooth setup, there are a few steps you need to follow:

Step 1: Create a CNAME DNS record

Create a CNAME DNS record in your domain's DNS settings, pointing your desired domain/subdomain to our HyperComply proxy domain: proxy.hypercomplytrust.com.

Example record:

Type: CNAME

Name: {desired subdomain}

Target: proxy.hypercomplytrust.com

TTL: 1 hour

Once you've done this, please notify us by contacting your CSM or filing a request.

Step 2: Activate the domain for your trust page

We will notify you when your domain is ready to be used for your trust page. When you’re ready, let us know and we will switch your trust page so that it is served from your new custom domain. Once activated, any previous subdomains will no longer work.

We hope this guide has provided you with clear instructions on setting up your custom domain for your Trust Page. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We're here to help!
