HyperComply now allows customers to create additional Security Profiles based on their different Knowledge Segments. This ensures that not only is there a great foundation of information for each segment, but also gives customers the ability to create multiple Trust Pages.
An example of when this could be useful is if your company has multiple products that each adhere to different compliance and security standards. Below is a guide on how to set up an additional Security Profile:
1. Ensure that you have a Knowledge Segment created for this new Security Profile and that it is linked to Multi-Profile
2. Head back to your Security Profile and select the drop down at the bottom of the page and choose “Manage profiles”
3. Select “Add Profile”
4. Create the Profile name and select the correct Knowledge Segment value. Finish adding the new profile by selecting “Add profile”
5. You can then toggle between your multiple profiles by selecting the drop down at the bottom of your Security Profile page.
