We don’t get much questionnaire volume, is HyperComply worth it?

Absolutely! HyperComply is priced by questionnaire, so that you never pay more than what's needed for your team. Contact our sales team at or reach out to your rep directly to speak more about our pricing options.


What do I need to get started?

A repository of any past questionnaires your team has completed. We can also use your existing policies to establish your Knowledge Base, or build it up over time as you complete questionnaires. 

An established point of contact(s) on your team specializing in security or your team's process for security questionnaire completion is also helpful, but not required!


Is HyperComply SOC II certified?

Yes, our SOC II certification has been completed. You can view and request access to our SOC and other credentials on our Trust Page:


Who is our point of contact once we sign up?

Depending on the plan you select, you will be assigned a Customer Success Manager. This person is your point of contact for any questions, concerns, feature requests, or feedback moving forward and is your partner in making security a breeze. You can contact your CSM via email any time. (Please do! We are always eager to hear your feedback and help with best practices.)


What are your business hours?

HyperComply will provide Technical Support and return completed questionnaires to customers via email, Monday - Friday, during the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern time, excluding Federal Holidays. We may be available to provide support outside of our regular support hours. Please always indicate in the subject line if your request is urgent.


Does HyperComply offer expedited service?

HyperComply does not provide one-off expedited service for questionnaires, however, HyperComply is committed to returning all questionnaires within your contracted SLA of 1, 2, or 3 days. If you would like to change your SLA or have a special request please reach out directly to your CSM or submit a request from this site.
