Leveraging previously completed questionnaires as references is a great way to increase autofill rates and accuracy within HyperComply. This article covers how to submit new Reference questionnaires to your HyperComply knowledge base.
Submit a Completed Questionnaire as Reference Material
Follow these steps to submit a new Reference Questionnaire:
1. Navigate to the HyperComply Knowledge Base page using the left panel navigation
2. Click “+ Add..” button on the bottom on the page and select “Reference Questionnaire”
3. Upload the file
- The Questionnaire name will automatically be set to the file name, but you can amend this if desired
- Please note that all of the remaining fields, excluding Owner, are optional to complete because this is a reference questionnaire
4. Click Submit!
Once the Reference Questionnaire has been imported, the HyperComply team will notify the Owner that the import is complete.
Please note that Reference Questionnaires do not adhere to your organization's SLA with HyperComply. However, the team will do their best to ensure a speedy upload.
Once imported, the Reference Questionnaire can be found by selecting "Reference Content" on the bottom menu bar:
