Add a Reference Questionnaire

Leveraging previously completed questionnaires as references is a great way to increase autofill completion rates and accuracy within HyperComply. This article covers how to submit new Reference Questionnaires to the HyperComply web application.

 

Submit a new Reference Questionnaire via the Web Application

Follow these steps to submit a new Reference Questionnaire:

  1. Navigate to the Knowledge Base page from the top right corner of your HyperComply account
  2. Click “+ Add reference” to the right of the search bar
  3. Upload the file
    1. The Questionnaire name will automatically be set to the file name, but you can amend this if desired
    2. Please note that all of the remaining fields, excluding Owner, are optional to complete because this is a reference questionnaire
  4. Click Submit!

You will immediately see this file under the “Importing” status on the “Active” tab of your Questionnaires page:

Once the Reference Questionnaire has been imported, the HyperComply team will notify the Owner that the import is complete. 

Please note that Reference Questionnaires do not adhere to your organization's SLA with HyperComply. However, the team will do their best to ensure a speedy upload.

 

Once imported, the Reference Questionnaire can be found under the “Reference” tab on the Questionnaire’s home page:
