How to Enable the Slack Chatbot

Log in to your HyperComply account.

Navigate to Settings → Slack Integration.

Toggle on “Search Knowledge Base in Slack.”
Once enabled, any Slack user with a connected HyperComply account can mention the bot in Slack to receive relevant answers from your Knowledge Base.
Allowing External Questions
Want to let users outside of your HyperComply workspace ask questions too?
Enable the “Allow non-HyperComply users” option within the Slack Integration settings.
