Trust Page Overview

The Trust Page offers two viewing modes — Public and Authenticated — to help you securely share security documentation while managing access efficiently.

Viewing Modes

  • Public Mode

Displays high-level company information and certifications to build credibility with prospective customers and visitors.

  • Authenticated Mode

Grants access to restricted documents and requested files. You can require users to sign a clickwrap NDA before viewing sensitive content.

Document Access Settings

Each document on your Trust Page can be configured with one of the following access levels:

Access Level

Description

Can Access

All visitors can view the document immediately.

Request Access

Visitors must request permission to view the document.

No Access

Only the document title is shown. Visitors cannot request access to view it.

You can change these settings at any time by clicking the Access button next to each document.

Recommended Configuration

To balance security with deal velocity, HyperComply recommends the following:

  • Public Visitors: Set all Policies and Certifications to Request Access

  • Authenticated Users: Set the same documents to Can Access

This setup enables faster trust-building while maintaining appropriate controls over sensitive content.
